Protein, spread across the day
Total intake matters, but so does distribution. Several moderate servings tend to be used better than one large one, which is a small change to how meals are arranged rather than what they contain.
Balance is trainable
It responds to practice like anything else, and it is the difference between a stumble and a fall. A minute a day of single-leg standing is a genuinely low-cost habit.
