Useful information before the click
Vital Choice Reviews organises information and product reviews so you can research properly before you decide. We are a reading site, not a shop — nothing is sold here.
What we do
We read labels, compare formulas against published dosages, and write up what we find in plain language. Where a claim cannot be checked, we say so rather than repeat it.
How we score
Every review carries a score out of five. It reflects transparency of labelling, how the dosages compare with the research, value for money and reported tolerability. A score is an editorial judgement, not a medical one.
How we pay for it
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That arrangement never determines whether a product is covered or how it scores, and we say so on every review.
This is not medical advice
Nothing here diagnoses, treats or prevents anything. Supplements interact with medication and with existing conditions — talk to a qualified professional before starting one.
